Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to schedule your project and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees. We reserve the right to cancel projects due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages from natural disasters, or issues resulting from improper maintenance after installation.
