TOS Thousand Oaks Sunrooms was founded in 2024 with one straightforward goal: build sunrooms in the Conejo Valley that homeowners actually use and love. Thousand Oaks is a beautiful place to live - rolling hills, warm summers, and the kind of weather that makes you want to be outside, except when the afternoon heat or the Santa Ana winds have other ideas.

We started because we kept hearing the same frustration from homeowners around Thousand Oaks: they had a backyard they barely used, or an old enclosed patio that was drafty and unloved, and they wanted something better. Something built right, with the permits pulled and the paperwork clean. We are a locally owned company. We know the neighborhoods from Newbury Park to Lang Ranch, the clay soils that need careful foundation work, and the HOA review processes that catch contractors who are new to the area.

Since 2024, we have been building sunroom additions, four-season rooms, patio enclosures, and custom designs for homeowners across Thousand Oaks and a dozen surrounding communities.
